By booking with us, you agree to these terms in their entirety.

1. Booking & Payments
- Minimum age: 18 years (14 with guardian consent)
- 50% non-refundable deposit required at booking
- Full payment due 7 days before trek date
- We accept UPI, Credit Cards, and Bank Transfers
- Late payments may result in booking cancellation
2. Cancellation Policy
- More than 30 days notice: Full refund (minus deposit)
- 15-30 days: 50% refund
- Less than 15 days: No refund
- Weather cancellations: Full credit voucher
- Medical cancellations: Require doctor's certificate
3. Participant Responsibilities
- Disclose all medical conditions, including allergies
- Maintain adequate fitness for chosen trek difficulty
- Follow all safety instructions from guides
- Carry specified equipment in packing list
- No solo deviations from group routes
4. Liability & Risk
- Trekking involves inherent risks, including but not limited to:
- Altitude sickness
- Wildlife encounters
- Weather hazards
- We carry ₹10 lakhs medical insurance per participant
- Not liable for personal equipment loss or damage
- Force majeure events exempt from obligations
5. Environmental Policy
- Strict Leave No Trace principles enforced
- ₹5000 penalty for littering
- Single-use plastics prohibited
- Stay on marked trails at all times
6. Intellectual Property
- All route designs and content are copyrighted
- Trek photos may be used for promotional purposes
- GPS data sharing prohibited
- User-generated content grants us royalty-free license
7. Governing Law
- Disputes governed by laws of Karnataka, India
- Arbitration in Bangalore jurisdiction
- Maximum liability limited to amount paid
- Invalid clauses severed without affecting remainder
