1. Non-Refundables
- 25% booking deposit (Processing fee)
- Forest permits and government entry fees
- Special equipment rentals if already reserved
- Third-party transportation service charges
- Banking and transaction gateway fees (2-5%)
2. Special Cases
- Medical Emergencies: Full credit voucher provided upon submission of a valid medical certificate within 3 days.
- Weather Cancellations: If a trek is cancelled by us due to safety concerns, full credit voucher or 50% refund is offered.
- No Shows: Failure to arrive at the designated meeting point results in 100% forfeiture.
3. Refund Process
- Processing time: 7-21 working days from approval.
- Method: Refunded to the original bank account or source of payment.
- Credit vouchers: Issued immediately upon approval.
- Disputes: Must be raised within 48 hours of original trek date.
